The firm was built in response to a gap we saw repeatedly. Capable people had the commitment to succeed but lacked access to guidance through complex applications, contracting requirements and operational responsibilities. We help make the path from ambition to ownership clearer and more accessible.
Turning a vision into an operating business
Our work reaches into the preparation that makes a business function. We help clients develop business plans, organize operations, prepare provider applications and pursue state and federal contracting opportunities. Policy manuals, service agreements, program curricula and onboarding resources translate the business concept into defined responsibilities and practical processes.
DDD and I/DD provider-agency consulting is our primary focus. From Arizona Pathway to Work curriculum development to credentialing preparation, service amendments and behavioral-plan documentation, we connect each project to the agency’s capacity to serve its clients.
Supporting the entrepreneur beyond the launch
Business ownership continues to evolve after an application is submitted or a contract is awarded. We help clients address new responsibilities, strengthen their operating practices and prepare for expansion through defined project work and planned monthly provider support.

Established in 2019, Premium Business Consulting now operates as the registered DBA of Distinguished Consulting Investment Group LLC, founded in 2008.
